Faparusi, Foluso is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Science Laboratory Technology, The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro. He earned a B. Tech (2000) and M. Sc (2004) in Microbiology from Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) and University of Ibadan (UI) respectively.His research interest includes: food safety, Lactic acid bacteria, toxigenic moulds and microbial enzymes.He has thirteen (13) journal publications to his credit and has also attended several conferences and presented papers.
